City of Longview, WA Chapter 3.50 SPECIAL REVENUE SHARING FUND

§ 3.50.010 Created.

There is created for the city a special fund to be designated as the "special revenue sharing fund," pursuant to Title I of the Federal Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, Public Law No. 93-838, into which all funds received pursuant to said act shall be deposited.

§ 3.50.020 Expenditures.

Checks, pursuant to RCW 35A.40.020, or warrants may be drawn on the fund for only those expenditures authorized by said act and the city's community development plan as finally approved by the council.

§ 3.50.030 Signatures authorized for withdrawals.

All checks or warrants drawn against the fund for expenditures therefrom shall be signed by the finance director of the city or his authorized deputy.
