Chapter 3.52 ANTIRECESSION FISCAL ASSISTANCE FUND

§ 3.52.010 Created.

There is created for the city a special fund to be designated as "antirecession fiscal assistance fund," pursuant to Title II of the Federal Public Works Employment Act of 1976, Public Law No. 94-369, into which all funds received pursuant to said act shall be deposited.

§ 3.52.020 Expenditures.

Checks, pursuant to RCW 35A.40.020, or warrants may be drawn on said fund for only those expenditures authorized by said act.

§ 3.52.030 Signatures authorized for withdrawals.

All checks or warrants drawn against said fund for expenditures therefrom shall be signed by the finance director of the city or his authorized deputy.
