There is hereby created for the city a special fund to be designated as "municipal criminal justice assistance fund," into which all funds received from the Washington State Municipal Criminal Justice Assistance Account shall be deposited.

Checks, pursuant to RCW 35A.40.020, or warrants may be drawn on said fund for only those expenditures authorized for criminal justice purposes in accordance with Chapter 82.14 RCW.
