The document attached to the ordinance codified in this section, entitled "Standard Plans and Specifications," is hereby adopted as the current standard plans and specifications for public works construction in the city of Longview and said standard plans and specifications document is hereby incorporated herein by this reference as if set forth herein in full. Said standard plans and specifications shall be supplemental to the Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction described in Chapter 14.04 LMC.

Because of the length of the ordinance codified in this chapter and the length, complexity and organization of said standard plans and specifications, and the costs of printing and publication, said standard plans and specifications shall not be placed into the Longview Municipal Code; instead, a page or pages shall be inserted into the Longview Municipal Code at the location of Chapter 14.06, showing only the table of contents of said standard plans and specifications. Copies of the ordinance codified in this chapter, including said standard plans and specifications, shall be maintained in the offices of the city clerk, the department of public works, the city engineer, and the department of community development for use and examination by the public. On request, copies hereof, including said standard plans and specifications, shall be made available to any person desiring the same, at a cost equal to the expense of copying and placing such copies into a loose leaf binder, or without charge therefor if on CD-R or other electronic format.
