Every mobile home park shall be provided with one or more service buildings adequately equipped with lavatories, showers and laundry facilities, for the use of mobile homes.

Laundry facilities, together with laundry drying facilities, shall be provided. No less than one double laundry tray or automatic washing machine shall be provided for each 20 mobile home lots in the mobile home park.
