A fee schedule, as follows, is hereby established for flood hazard permits issued under the authority of Anchorage Municipal Code Title 21. The fees shall be paid upon application for issuance of flood hazard reviews, permits, and inspections.

Editor’s note — Section 54 of AO No. 2010-81(S-1) states § R21.60.001 shall become effective upon approval without modification by the Planning and Zoning Commission pursuant to AMC § 21.10.015, but in any event shall not become effective earlier than 1-1-2011. Should the Planning and Zoning Commission modify any of the proposed amendments in the aforementioned section, the modifications shall be submitted to the Assembly for approval by separate ordinance.
