A. 
The Anchorage Health Department shall charge for visits and services provided that have valid billing codes under the current procedural terminology (CPT) code as set forth by the American Medical Association, as amended from time to time. The fees for the services will be set at the fiftieth (50th) percentile of Anchorage Physician Fee Schedule, as amended from time to time. New fees may be implemented not more than once yearly on April 1st of each calendar year.
B. 
The Anchorage Health Department shall charge for pharmaceuticals and supplies either used during the provision of services to clients or provided to the clients for use after they leave the clinic. The price will be set using the average cost to the Anchorage Health Department for the pharmaceutical or supply for the proceeding calendar year and adding ten percent (10%). New fees may be implemented not more than once yearly on April 1st of each calendar year.

The Anchorage Health Department shall reduce or waive fees as set forth in section R16.02.001 in accordance with regulations and guidelines promulgated by state or federal funding agencies. The director of the Anchorage Health Department may also develop written standards providing for reduction or waiver of any other fee set forth in this chapter based upon considerations of the public health, safety and welfare.
