(A)
An exemption amount to 20% of the assessed valuation, or a minimum of $5,000.00 is hereby granted to owner-occupied single-family residential units within the City.
(B)
An exemption is granted for homestead property of $110,000.00 to all persons 65 years of age or older.
(C)
An exemption is granted for homestead property of $110,000.00 to all persons classified as disabled. A disabled person is defined as one who is totally disabled as determined by the Social Security Administration.
(D)
No person may claim more than one homestead exemption.
