(a) 
A revolving fund in the amount of six thousand dollars is established in the Chelan County sheriff’s office.
(b) 
Said fund is to be known as the “sheriff’s revolving fund.”
(c) 
Custodian of this fund shall be the sheriff’s chief civil deputy.

The Chelan County sheriff’s office revolving fund shall be authorized an increase from three thousand dollars to six thousand dollars and the treasurer’s office shall prepare a treasurer’s check in the amount of three thousand dollars payable to Chelan County sheriff’s office revolving fund.

(a) 
An amount of fifty dollars of said fund shall be used to provide monies for the cash drawer in the sheriff’s office.
(b) 
An additional amount of fifty dollars from said fund shall be used as a petty cash fund in the sheriff’s office.
(c) 
Use of all monies shall be limited to expenditures properly charged to the sheriff’s department budget.
(d) 
All expenditures shall be substantiated by receipts verifying all transactions.
