The board of Chelan County commissioners hereby adopts the amended city of Cashmere’s subdivision code as it applies to the unincorporated portion of the city of Cashmere’s urban growth area, attached as “Exhibit A” to the resolution codified in this section.

The board of Chelan County commissioners adopts the city of Chelan’s development standards, attached to the resolution codified in this section as Exhibit 8, for all of the city of Chelan’s urban growth area including the South Shore except the property governed by the Tuscan Development Agreement referenced in the resolution codified in this section. If or when the Tuscan Development Agreement expires, the property formerly governed thereby shall be governed by the adoptions herein to the same extent as all other property in the UGA of the city of Chelan. These adoptions supersede the previous development standards and Resolution 2010-06.
