The Chelan County board of commissioners hereby:
(1) 
Elects to have all lands within the political boundaries of Chelan County participate in the Voluntary Stewardship Program.
(2) 
Nominates WRIA 40A (Squilchuck/Stemilt), WRIA 45 (Wenatchee), WRIA 46 (Entiat), WRIA 47 (Lake Chelan), all tributaries to the Columbia River, and all remaining properties as priority watersheds.
(3) 
Elects to have Chelan County proceed as required by ESHB 1886, as currently codified in Chapter 36.70A RCW, to implement the requirements of the Voluntary Stewardship Program once the Washington State Legislature provides adequate funding for such activity.
