(1)
The administrator may suspend or revoke any permit issued by the department whenever:
(A)
The permit holder has committed a code violation in the course of performing activities subject to that permit;
(B)
The permit holder has failed to comply with the provisions of the permit; or
(C)
The permit was issued in error on the basis of materially incorrect information supplied to the county.
(2)
Such permit suspension or revocation shall be carried out through the notice and order provisions of this title, and shall be effective upon service of the notice and order to the person responsible for code compliance. The permit holder may appeal such suspension as provided for in this title.
