The purpose of this chapter is to establish the planning commission of the city of Rogue River.

A member of the planning commission shall not be removed until after the member receives a statement containing the cause or causes for removal, and a hearing on the removal is held. The statement shall be given personally to the member at least 10 days prior to the hearing, or mailed to the member at least 15 days prior to the hearing, return receipt requested. The member shall have the right to be heard in person or by legal counsel. |
When a planning commission member is removed as provided above, a record of such removal shall be noted in the current roster of members maintained by the city recorder. Vacancies (for each position) shall be filled as provided herein and shall be for the remainder of the term. |
