Fees shall be established by the Township to cover plan review and construction inspection costs incurred by the Township. All fees shall be paid by the applicant at the time of the SWM Site Plan submission. A review and inspection fee schedule shall be established by resolution of the Township governing body based on the size of the regulated activity and based on the Township's costs for reviewing SWM Site Plans and conducting inspections pursuant to § 173-47. The Township shall periodically update the review and inspection fee schedule to ensure that review costs are adequately reimbursed. If costs exceed the review fee, the Township may charge the owner appropriate fees for the balance.
The fees required by this chapter shall, at a minimum, cover:
A.
Administrative/clerical costs.
B.
Review of the SWM and ESC Site Plan.
C.
Review of the As-built Drawings.
D.
Site Inspections.
E.
Inspection of SWM and ESC facilities and drainage improvements during construction.
F.
Final inspection at the completion of the construction of the SWM facilities and drainage improvements presented in the SWM site plan.
G.
Attendance at meetings.
H.
Any additional work required to enforce any permit provisions regulated by this chapter, correct violations, and assure proper completion of stipulated remedial actions.
