It shall be unlawful to operate any motor vehicle on any street or highway within the Town limits using or operating with the assistance of exhaust brakes, such as jake brakes or similar devices.
Any person and any owner of a motor vehicle which violates any provision of the chapter shall be guilty of a Class I misdemeanor. See Chapter 1.16, above.
