A.
Every building alarm system user (residential or commercial) shall obtain an alarm users permit from the Pinetop-Lakeside Police Department/Planning and Zoning Department for each building alarm system. Such permit shall be obtained within six (6) months from the effective date of this Chapter, and prior to the use of any building alarm system which is installed or repaired after the effective date of this Chapter.
B.
The building alarm users permit shall be physically displayed or readily available within the premises using the building alarm system and shall be available for inspection by the Police Department or the Planning and Zoning Department upon request.
C.
Permits may not be transferred from one user to another or from one address to another.
