The applicant for design review, or the Director with the consent of the Town Manager, or any member of the Town Council may appeal a decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission or the Director to the Town Council by filing written notice of appeal with the Town Clerk within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the Commission’s action. Notice of such appeal and the date for its consideration by the Town Council shall be published once, not less than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the Town Council meeting at which such appeal is to be heard. The Town Council, on appeal, by this section, shall take legal action on such appeal within thirty (30) days of its initial consideration.
