A.
The Town uses an application and permit system to help the Town review development, building and construction, businesses and economic development, and other property uses within the Town.

All applications required by these zoning regulations for mountainside development, zoning or rezoning, conditional use permits, site plan or plot plan review, design review, building permits, sign permits, business licenses, tree removal permits, and most other permits required by the Town shall be filed with the Community Development Department on forms developed by the Director.
C.
Inspections. Inspections which are necessary or required by these zoning regulations shall be made by the Director or his/her designee.
D.
Rules. The Director may adopt rules for administration or enforcement of these zoning regulations which rules shall be subject to approval by the Town Council.
E.
Records. The Director shall keep careful and comprehensive records of applications, of permits issued, of inspections made, of reports rendered, and of notices or orders issued. The Director or his/her designee shall retain on file copies of all papers in connection with building work so long as any part of the building or structure to which they relate may be in existence. All such records shall be open to public inspection at reasonable hours but shall not be removed from the Department.
