§ 12.10.010 Administrative process. The following state statutes, including all future amendments, are adopted by reference:RCW 47.50 Highway Access Management Act, and WAC 468-52 which codifies the procedural requirements of RCW 47.50.(Ord. 93-25 § 1, 1993)
