A.
In all districts, residential and nonresidential, exterior lighting shall not cause or result in light trespass and shall protect adjacent properties from glare and excessive lighting.
B.
Any and all lighting in side yards and rear yards of any structure in the B Residence 1 District must be contained within the property where it is located as to not cause illumination of adjoining properties. Proper aiming and shading of exterior lighting are required such as not to create either light trespass or nuisance lighting to neighboring properties. Incorrectly aimed spot, flood, or other lighting causing light to bleed onto adjacent or any neighboring properties is strictly prohibited. Front yard lighting may extend into municipal properties and roadways (and not in a manner that would be a nuisance), but must not otherwise enter into neighboring properties or be aimed in a way to cause vision issues for vehicular traffic.
