A. 
Step 1 — Write-Up Signed by Mayor and Aldermen. Three (3) months probation. If no offense in that period, complete start over. If offense in that period, go to automatic Step 2.
B. 
Step 2 — Second Write-Up Signed by Mayor and Aldermen. Three (3) months probation. If no offense in that period, complete start over. If offense in that period, go to automatic Step 3.
C. 
Step 3. One (1) week unpaid time off, three (3) months probation. If no offense in that period, complete start over. If offense in that period, go to automatic Step 4.
D. 
Step 4. Termination.
