A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the Building Inspector, being marked and designated as the International Fire Code (2018), including applicable Appendix Chapters as published by the International Code Council, be and is hereby adopted as the Code of the City of Granby, Missouri, for regulating and governing the safeguarding of life and property from fire and explosion hazards arising from the storage, handling and use of hazardous substances, materials and devices, and from conditions hazardous to life or property in the occupancy of buildings and premises in the City of Granby, and providing for the issuance of permits for hazardous uses or operations; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, conditions and terms of such International Fire Code, 2018 Edition, published by the International Code Council, are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this Section with the additions, insertions, deletions and changes, if any prescribed in Section 240.070 of this Article.

A. 
The following Sections of the International Fire Code as adopted in Section 240.060 of this Article are hereby revised as follows:
1. 
Section 101.1 Insert: The City of Granby, Missouri.
2. 
Section 103.1 Insert: The Chief of the Fire Department is the Code Officer in charge of the Department of Fire.
3. 
Section 110.4 Insert: Ordinance violation five hundred dollars ($500.00), one hundred (100) days.
4. 
Section 112.4 Insert: Fifty dollars ($50.00) to five hundred dollars ($500.00).
5. 
Section 5806.2 Insert: The City of Granby, Missouri.
6. 
Section 5704.2.9.6.1 Insert: The City of Granby, Missouri.
7. 
Section 5706.2.4.4 Insert: The City of Granby, Missouri.
8. 
Section 6104.2 Insert: The City of Granby, Missouri.

A. 
The limits referred to in certain Sections of the 2018 International Fire Code as adopted by the City of Granby at Section 240.060 are hereby established as follows:
1. 
Section 5806.2 (limits in which the storage of flammable cryogenic fluids in stationary containers is prohibited): Limits shall be the City limits of Granby, Missouri.
2. 
Section 5704.1 Gasoline and diesel storage tanks at service stations shall be below ground tanks or vaulted tanks.
3. 
Section 5704.2.9.6.1 (limits in which the storage of Class I and Class II liquids in above-ground tanks outside of buildings is prohibited): Limits shall be the City limits of Granby, Missouri.
4. 
Section 5706.2.4.4 (limits in which the storage of Class I and Class II liquids in above-ground tanks is prohibited): Limits shall be the City limits of Granby, Missouri.
5. 
Section 6104.2 (limits in which the storage of liquefied petroleum is restricted for the protection of heavily populated or congested areas): Limits shall be the City limits of Granby, Missouri.
