A person shall be guilty of criminal contempt by willfully committing one or more of the following acts:
(1) 
Disorderly, contemptuous or insolent behavior committed during the sitting of the Marysville municipal court or the Marysville city council, in its immediate view and presence and directly tending to interrupt its proceedings or to impair the respect due to its authority;
(2) 
Breach of the peace, noise or other disturbance directly tending to interrupt the proceedings of the Marysville municipal court or the Marysville city council; or
(3) 
Unlawful refusal to be sworn as a witness before the Marysville municipal court or before the city council; or, after being sworn, unlawful refusal to answer any question legally posed.
