The following statutes relating to alcoholic beverage control are incorporated by reference, subject to any amendments to said statutes which are adopted in later sections of this chapter:
Definitions.
Opening or consuming liquor in a public place prohibited.
Sale of liquor by drink or bottle.
Unlawful manufacture, sale or transportation of liquor.
Buying liquor illegally.
Illegal possession and transportation of alcoholic beverages.
Illegal possession of liquor with intent to sell.
Sale to persons apparently under the influence of liquor.
Obtaining liquor for ineligible person.
Drinking in public conveyance – Penalty against carrier.
Drinking in public conveyance – Penalty against individual.
Candidates giving or purchasing liquor on election day.
Furnishing liquor to minors; use and possession of liquor by minors.
Minor purchasing or attempting to purchase liquor.
Penalty against persons between the ages of 18 and 21 inclusive.
Giving or purchasing liquor for a minor.
Serving liquor to minors; minors frequenting taverns; minors misrepresenting their age.
Sale of liquor to minors.
Unlawful transfer to a minor of an identification of age.
Counterfeit or facsimile identification cards.
Resisting or opposing a peace officer.

The prohibition against opening or consuming liquor in a public place shall include Jennings Park Barn, even when the same is being used by private groups, and shall include Cedarcrest Golf Course, but shall not include Cedarcrest Restaurant.
