A certain document, not less than three copies of which are on file in the office of the clerk of the city of Marysville, being marked and designated as Chapter 51-10 WAC ("Rules and Regulations Setting Barrier-Free Design Standards"), and Chapter 70.92 RCW ("Public Buildings – Provision for Aged and Handicapped"), is hereby adopted by reference, and incorporated herein as if the same were fully set forth in this chapter.
