(1) 
The purpose of this chapter is to combine and consolidate the application, review, and approval processes for land development in the city of Marysville in a manner that is clear, concise, understandable and consistent with Chapter 36.70B RCW. It is further intended to comply with state guidelines for combining and expediting development review and integrating environmental review and land use development plans.
(2) 
Within these standards, the word "day(s)" shall mean calendar days as defined in MMC § 22A.020.050.
(3) 
Final decisions on development proposals shall be made within the following time frames, except as provided in MMC § 22G.010.200.
(a) 
Projects exempt from public notice: within 65 days of a determination of completeness;
(b) 
Projects requiring public notice: within 100 days of a determination of completeness; and
(c) 
Project requiring public notice and a public hearing: within 170 days of a determination of completeness.
