A. Reservation Fee: Any person, firm or corporation desiring to reserve a portion of the city park shall make a written application with the city clerk-treasurer and pay a nonrefundable fee in the amount set forth in the City of Roy Fee Schedule.
B. Deposit: In addition, the applicant shall pay a deposit at the time of application in the amount set forth in the City of Roy Fee Schedule, which shall be used to clean the park and repair any damage which may have occurred, and any portion thereof not used shall be refunded to the applicant.
C. State Or County Agencies And Nonprofits:
1. State or county agencies and nonprofits may be allowed to use the park facilities for an exchange of beneficial services or products in lieu of the rental fee.
2. Said groups shall not be exempt from the responsibilities of damage or cleaning; however, they shall not be required to pay a damage or reservation deposit unless designated by the facilities coordinator based on the nature of the event.
D. Fourth Of July: The city park shall be open on the Fourth of July. The city shall not accept individual or group reservations for that day.
