The following streets are designated stop streets and the street department is directed to affix, establish and maintain stop signs:
A. 
Fir Street as it enters and intersects with Cedar Street;
B. 
Pickering Court as it enters and intersects with Bruce Street.

The street department is directed by the city council to affix and establish in a lawful manner stop signs at the intersections designated in SMC § 10.16.010.
