A. 
The regular meeting of the city council shall be the first Tuesday of the month following the third day of the month. When the regular meeting falls on a state holiday, the meeting date shall be set by the council at the previous regular meeting.
B. 
All regular meetings shall be held at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall. The council may move the meeting to another location by posting notice on the door of the City Hall.

The number of councilmanic offices in the city is currently seven, but shall be reduced to five by the elimination of current council positions numbers 4 and 5, the terms of which expire at the next general municipal election. Following the next general municipal election, the councilmanic positions shall be renumbered or eliminated as follows:

Following the expiration of existing terms of office for new council positions 1 through 5, each position shall be elected for a term of four years.
