A. “Livestock”
means horses, sheep, goats, cows, hogs, poultry and rabbits.
C. “Residence”
means any building or part of a building used for the purpose of a human habitation or dwelling.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to keep or maintain livestock within the city limits except as hereinafter provided.

All livestock shall be kept within an enclosure adequately built and maintained to prevent livestock from breaking through, out or over or under the enclosure.

All livestock except hogs may be kept or maintained within the city limits, provided that they are kept within an enclosure as described in PMC 7.08.030, the outside limits of which shall not be less than one hundred feet from the nearest residence.

No person or persons shall permit an accumulation of manure or other refuse on real property owned or occupied by such person or person within the city limits to remain on such property for a period of longer than one week.
