§ 9.90.010 Exemption from prohibition. Pursuant to Washington Session Laws 1994 1st spec.s. c7 § 405(6), the city of Pomeroy hereby exempts itself from the prohibition of subsection (4) of Sessions Laws 1st spec.s c7 § 405.(Ord. 713, 1994)
