The fees for solid waste collection and recycling services for the period of April 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, are as follows according to Schedule A of the Franchise Agreement:
(1) Residential rates.
(A) Refuse rates.
(i) Disabled carry out: Cost.
(ii) Elective carry out: Cost + 2 1/2% + 4% Franchise Fee.
(iii) Regular: Cost + 2 1/2% + 4% Franchise Fee.
Rates are NET to Contractor.
(B) Residential collection (base service).
(i) MSW collection 1 x week in one 95-gallon cart: $12.07.
(ii) recycling collection 1 x week in 95-gallon cart: $12.07.
(iii) bulk and brush collected 1 x week (4 cubic yards): $12.07.
(C) Elective carry out for bags or for cart service.
Rate addition 1 x week option: $21.48.
(D) Disabled pick up discount.
Rate discount 1 x week option: $10.26.
(E) Additional carts.
(i) Each additional MSW 95-gallon cart: $6.20.
(ii) Each additional recycling 95-gallon cart: $2.77.
(F) Unusual accumulation waste collection.
(i) Rate per hour for Vehicle (any type) and Crew: $260.00
(ii) Disposal Fee per yard collected (not per ton): $15.00
(G) Disaster management.
(i) Rate per hour for roll off truck and container: $260.00.
(ii) Rate per hour for grapple truck: $260.00.
(iii) Rate per hour for rear load truck and crew: $260.00.
(iv) Disposal fee per ton collected: $67.40.
(H) Small commercial.
(i) One cart 1 x week: $20.59.
(ii) Each additional cart: $14.41.
(2) Commercial front load rates.

(F) Container swap fee (by customer request): $75.00 per container.
