City of Tonasket, WA Chapter 9.20 INTOXICATING LIQUORS

§ 9.20.010 State Liquor Act adopted by reference.

In order to make the ordinances of the city uniform with the laws of the state, all provisions of the state Liquor Act as set forth in RCW Title 66, Chapters 66.04, 66.12, 66.16, 66.20, 66.24, 66.28, 66.32, 66.40 and 66.44 RCW, as amended up through 1967, are adopted by the city and are by this reference made a part of this chapter.

§ 9.20.020 Violation – Penalty.

Any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine in any sum not to exceed $300.00 or by imprisonment in the city jail or other jail for a term not to exceed 90 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
