Residential Property — Dumpsters And Other Trash Storage Containers — Permit Required When Fee. No owner or occupant of any residential structure consisting of two (2) dwelling units or fewer shall allow a dumpster or trash storage container larger than a forty (40) cubic yard capacity to be stored on the property without obtaining a permit and paying a fee of sixty dollars ($60.00) to the Building Inspector for a period of time not to exceed two (2) months with the allowance to provide for two (2) extensions of up to two (2) months each of sixty dollars ($60.00) per extension within a twelve (12) month period.
