The codification and compilation of ordinances known as the West Richland Municipal Code is hereby approved and adopted as the official compilation of ordinances of the city of West Richland and is to be used in the conduct of the affairs of the city.

The provisions of this code are declared to be separate and severable, and the invalidity of any title, chapter, section, subsection, provision, clause or portion of this code, or the invalidity of the application thereof to any person or circumstance, shall not affect the validity of the remainder of this code or the invalidity of its application to other persons or circumstances.
