A. 
Source of Money. A fund is created entitled real estate conservation and management fund into which shall be deposited all monies received by the city for recovery of abatement costs and administrative fees assessed in accordance with Chapter 8.16 WRMC or transfers from other funds as appropriated by city council.
B. 
Use of Funds. Monies received and deposited into the real estate conservation and management fund shall be used and expended for abatement costs in accordance with Chapter 8.16 WRMC and transfers to other funds as appropriated by council.
