There is created an irrigation utility fund into which shall be placed all appropriations to the irrigation utility and any and all revenues received from charges for services rendered or sale of products of the irrigation utility.

The irrigation utility fund shall be used to pay all obligations of the irrigation utility for salaries, supplies, services and equipment, and the maintenance and repair of the irrigation system of the city.
