In the event of the sale, assignment, transfer, lease or conveyance of any of the lots within the binding site plan in violation of the regulations of this chapter, the city may initiate an action to rescind or enjoin such transfer, assignment, sale conveyance or lease by making application for an injunction in the superior court. In addition, the city has such other remedies as are provided by law.
