Individual temporary signs or a series of signs intended to be read or viewed as one sign shall not exceed 32 square feet in area and eight feet in height at grade of street frontage. Temporary signs may be placed adjacent to the property line, but may not encroach into or above the public right-of-way. The location of temporary signs shall not hinder sight distance for bicyclists, motorists, and pedestrians from either intersections or driveways.
