No person shall, while in or in view of a public place, perform:
(1)
An act of sexual intercourse;
(2)
An act of deviant sexual intercourse;
(3)
An act of exposing their genitals except when using the shower, changing, or toilet facilities as intended in a public restroom; or
(4)
An act of urination or defecation except in toilets provided for that purpose.
