Vehicular traffic using C Street between First Street and Second Street in the city of Hubbard, Marion County, Oregon, is restricted to one-way travel in a west to east direction and parking is authorized along either side of said C Street in a parallel manner unless pavement marking lines indicate otherwise.

Parking or abandoning any vehicle or object, whether self-propelled or not, along the west curb line of Second Street, between G Street and D Street within the city limits of the city of Hubbard, Marion County, Oregon, is hereby and hereafter prohibited.

Parking or abandoning any vehicle or object, whether self-propelled or not, along the east curb line of Third Street, between G Street and D Street within the city limits of the city of Hubbard, Marion County, Oregon, is hereby and hereafter prohibited.

The registered or unregistered owner, driver or other person in control or possession of said vehicle, or other object at the time of parking or abandonment, may be cited by the Hubbard police department for such violation. A violation of this article or any of its provisions shall be punishable, upon conviction, by a fine not to exceed the sum of $100.00.
