§ 9.60.010 Discharging prohibited – Exceptions.

It is unlawful for any person or persons within the corporate limits of the city to discharge or cause to be discharged any pistol, gun, firearm or firearms, loaded with lead or other missile at any time, under any circumstances, excepting officers of the law in the discharge of their duties, or in necessary and urgent defense of person or property.

§ 9.60.020 Other provisions and regulations relating to weapons – Where found.

The regulations and provisions relating to weapons set forth in Chapter 9.41 RCW, as now enacted or hereafter amended, are adopted by reference as a part of this chapter. Copies of such regulations shall be on file with the Leavenworth city clerk-treasurer as provided by law.
