The Clerk of the Tulalip Tribal Court is hereby appointed under the provisions of Chapter
6.10 TTC, Article I; Chapter
6.10 TTC, Article II; and Chapter
10.20 TTC as the Recording Clerk of the Tulalip Tribes with power to act as required by those above-stated chapters.
