The provisions of this chapter shall apply to:

If any provision of this chapter is found to conflict with or be inconsistent with a provision of another section of the Tulalip Tribal Code, the provisions of this chapter shall control.

For purposes of this chapter, “days” means judicial days unless otherwise noted.
(4)
If conduct by a person over whom the Tulalip Tribal Court does not have criminal jurisdiction would give rise to criminal liability if it had been committed by a person over whom the Court does have criminal jurisdiction, that conduct shall subject any property used in such conduct to forfeiture under Tulalip Tribal law.
