The fee for fingerprinting shall be as set forth on the city's fee resolution.

The annual charge for use of a community garden plot provided by the city of Washougal shall be as set forth on the city's fee resolution.
For those citizens that are disabled, the annual charge for an ADA garden plot shall be as set forth on the city's fee resolution.
For those citizens who are either low income or a senior citizen, the annual rate for use of a city-owned garden plot shall be as set forth on the city's fee resolution.
For the purposes of this section, "senior citizen" is defined as a person who is 65 years of age or older at the time of the application of use of a community garden plot.
A "low income citizen" is defined as a citizen whose household income in the preceding calendar year is not greater than the sum set forth on the city's fee resolution.
