Every person, firm, corporation, or association of persons engaged in the maintenance and operation of a shooting gallery in the city shall secure a license and permit therefor from the city council, which permit shall be issued by the council and shall be valid for one year from date of issuance thereof, and shall be subject to revocation by the city council at any time it reasonably appears that the operation of the shooting gallery is endangering the lives and/or property of any person, firm, or corporation.

Every person, firm, corporation, or association of persons maintaining or operating a shooting gallery for profit shall pay the sum of $25.00 per year license fee; and in the event a nonprofit shooting gallery is maintained or operated, no license fee shall be charged therefor, but a permit for the operation thereof must be obtained.

It shall be lawful for any person to shoot and discharge firearms in any shooting gallery within the city limits, providing, however, the shooting gallery shall have a license and/or permit as hereinabove specified.
