The city adopts by reference WAC 173-60-020, 173-60-030, 173-60-040, 173-60-080, and 173-60-090. Copies of said WAC sections are attached to the ordinance codified in this chapter as Exhibit A. The city clerk of the city is directed to maintain three copies of said Washington Administrative Code sections on file at the city clerk's office at all times.
