The city clerk is instructed to have a map on file in his office that is kept up-to-date showing the names of the city streets and the numbering of these streets in accordance with this chapter.

The community development director of the city of Washougal, or his designee, shall have full authority to name or rename streets and private roadways and to assign or reassign addresses within the city limits of the city of Washougal.
