In order to provide applicants with the best available information regarding development proposals and processing requirements, and to ensure the availability of complete and accurate information for review prior to a public hearing, a pre-application review process is hereby established.

Either the director or the applicant for zone changes, conditional use permits, variances, site plan approvals or other land use actions may request and hold a pre-application conference with the director, applicant, and others as may be deemed appropriate.
(3)
Scheduled Review Meeting. Requests by an applicant for a conference should be submitted at least three weeks before the conference date.
(4)
Participation at Review Conference. Any other agency representative that wishes to review the proposal prior to the final decision may meet with the applicant or his representative to discuss application requirements and concerns.
(5)
Written Summary of Conference. Upon request of the applicant, the director will provide the applicant with a written summary of the conference, and list any specific documents, information, legal descriptions, signatures or other submissions that must be submitted.
