There shall be maintained at the principal office of the company all financial books and records, including, but not limited to, all minutes of the Management Board meetings, and copies of all other materials, books, records, documents, and contracts. Such books, records, minutes, documents, and contracts shall be made available for inspection at any reasonable time during usual business hours (1) by any members of the Tulalip Tribes, or its Board of Directors, for any lawful and proper purpose, and (2) by any Management Board member or authorized representative thereof, for any lawful and proper purpose. Upon leaving office, each officer or Board member of the company shall turn over to his successor, and the President, in good order, such monies, books, records, writs, documents, contracts or any other property of the company as have been in the custody of such person or his agent during his term of office.
